to minimise fighting, put more stuff in the tank for hiding and dim lighting in the tank.
tank bred macs are more gentle, wild caught ones are very aggressive ones.
so those of you whom bought wild caught pairs recently, don't be surprise if the pair fight aggressively, just like bettas, put them together but with seperator to get used to each other first.”
